Coffee Talk with Christie

Inspiration... I've apparently renewed mine, or maybe my sweet sister-in-law has. View her blog here.

When looking at my blog, I noticed that I last entered a post on December 26th, 2009. WOW! A year has passed since I have written here. That's a shame. No doubt last year, at this time, I was also feeling inspired, to do things differently, to be more disciplined, to write more often.

I want to read more. I want to learn more.

My current reading adventure is Crazy Love by Francis Chan.



I have learned so far in my reading, that God pursues us passionately and that He longs for us to pursue Him too.

My sweet niece, London, came to mind as I read the first few chapters of Crazy Love last night. I thought of how Lo would say, "Unca Dan, I need you!" I often saw her holding on to Dan's pant leg or just wanting to be held by her Unca Dan.

I feel like this was an example to me of the way God wants us to connect with Him.

I am inspired.

I am loved.

I am refreshed.

I want more of Jesus Christ and I want Him to be the center of this movie, I call life.
